The Holland Center (also known as the Holland Community Center) in North Scottsdale offers modern, well-equipped event spaces (appx 6) suitable for everything from intimate board meetings to large-scale receptions … of up to 200 people.
Located on the Black Mountain Campus on the edge of Cave Creek and Carefree, the facility features stunning views of the Sonoran Desert and Black Mountain.

Available Event Spaces & Pricing Rental rates are typically hourly and vary by room size and configuration:
Quail North & South (Large Multipurpose Room):
Capacity: Up to 200 (reception), 130 (theater), or 100 (banquet).
Rate: $95 – $250 per hour.
Features: 2,237 sq. ft. space with built-in overhead projection, large screen, and stage lighting; can be divided for smaller events.
Mesquite Studio:
Capacity: 10 – 40 people.
Rate: $75 – $85 per hour.
Features: Only meeting room without carpeted floors; includes a water source, making it ideal for art classes, dance, or children’s events.
Acacia Classroom:
Capacity: 5 – 30 people.
Rate: $65 per hour.
Features: Offers beautiful views of Black Mountain; ideal for social groups, seminars, and small receptions.
Cholla Board Room:
Capacity: 1 – 12 people.
Rate: $55 per hour.
Features: Fixed board room setting for professional business meetings.
Lobby and Front Patio:
Usage: General event space often used for receptions or pre-event gatherings.
Key Amenities & Features
Audio/Visual: High-quality A/V equipment including projectors, screens, and sound systems for presentations or slide shows.
Support Services: Professional staff available to assist with room setup, teardown, and on-site support during events.
