A partnership between Mack Real Estate Group and McCourt Partners has announced updates for the first phase of Halo Vista, the co-developers’ $7 billion, 2,300-acre mixed-use campus in northwest Phoenix. At full build-out, Halo Vista will offer nearly 30 million square feet of mixed-use development encompassing industrial, retail, office, research and healthcare spaces, in addition to hospitality, retail and up to nearly 9,000 residential units.
